Inspired Business Innovations was conceptualized in March 2018 during a Tech Industry conference.  Diversity and personality conflicts have always deeply plagued the Tech Industry. Our founder, Victor Johnston, spent more than six years in the fray helping large organizations solve their leadership issues.
